The Foundation Elena and Claudio Cerasi and CoopCulture, in collaboration with Gallery Warehouse and with the support of Flanders State of the Art, present Jan Fabre The Rhythm of the Brain, an exhibition around the polyhedral and visionary artistic production Jan Fabre.
The exhibition will see some unusual choices sculptures by the artist for Palace Merulana, previously unseen in Italy, a series of drawings and a film-performance, made by Jan Fabre with the Italian neuroscientist Giacomo Rizzolatti. The works of De Chirico, Donghi, Capogrossi, Janni, Casorati and Cambellotti were the direct inspiration for Fabre in the selection of some unusual sculptures.
